IEEE CNRIA 2026 – Official Registration Guide & Rates
Welcome to the official registration page for the 16th Edition of the Conference on Research in Computer Science and its Applications (IEEE CNRIA 2026). Please review the detailed guidelines, fee structures, policies, and payment instructions below prior to completing your registration.
1. Key Dates & Early Bird Period
The Early Bird period offers a significantly discounted registration fee structure for early applicants.
- Early Bird Deadline: October 10, 2026 (23:59 GMT)
- Late & On-site Registration Period: Begins October 11, 2026
Note: Registrations completed after October 10, 2026, will automatically be billed under the standard Late/On-site rates.
2. Author Registration Guidelines
To ensure academic integrity and compliance with IEEE publication standards, the following mandatory conditions apply to all accepted paper submissions:
- Mandatory Author Registration: For each accepted paper, at least one author must register under a Full Author Registration category.
- Camera-Ready Paper Validation: Full Author registration is a strict prerequisite for the validation, processing, and final inclusion of your accepted paper in the camera-ready submission system.
- IEEE Xplore Publication: Complete author registration covers the official inclusion and publication of the accepted paper in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, as well as presentation rights at the conference.
- Page Limits & Extra Page Charges:
- Standard paper length is up to 6 pages maximum.
- A maximum of 2 additional pages (up to 8 pages total) is permitted per paper.
- Each additional page incurs a fee of 50 USD per page.
- Co-authors: Co-authors who are not serving as the primary registering author for the paper’s camera-ready validation may register under the Non-Author / Attendee category.

Note: Authors presenting in the Demos, Tutorials, or Early Stage tracks are required to register as non-author attendees. IEEE and ASCII member discounts apply.
4. ASCII Member Discounts & Cumulative Rate Table (Non-Authors Only)
Active, paid-up members of ASCII (Association Sénégalaise pour la Cherche en Informatique) are eligible for an exclusive subsidy coupon applicable to Non-Author registrations. These coupons stack additively with IEEE and Student discounts.
- Full ASCII Members: 150 USD discount voucher.
- Student ASCII Members: 50 USD discount voucher.
Important Restriction: ASCII vouchers apply strictly to Non-Author attendee registrations and CANNOT be combined with or applied to Full Author registrations required for paper publication.

Become a Member & Save
We strongly encourage participants to join IEEE and/or ASCII prior to registration to take advantage of these reduced rates:
- IEEE Student Membership: Starting at approximately 7 USD per year.
- ASCII Membership: ~50 USD (or 25,000 FCFA) per year for full members and ~20 USD (or 10,000 FCFA) per year for student membership. see https://ascii.org.sn/node/151
5. On-site Registration Policy
While on-site registration will be available at the conference desk during event days, participants are advised of the following constraints:
- On-site registrations are subject to standard Late / On-site rates.
- No promotional discounts or ASCII vouchers can be applied or processed during on-site registration. All discount codes must be requested and redeemed online prior to the event.
6. Accommodation & Catering Benefits
Every registered participant (Author or Non-Author) is entitled to the following logistics package included in their registration fee:
- Accommodation: Hotel/lodging accommodations provided for the duration of the conference.
- Catering: Access to daily official coffee breaks and lunches.
- Exclusion: Evening dinners are at the individual expense of each participant.
